Had a lovely visit to Lew Trenchard Primary school yesterday. Stunning drive through Dartmoor to get there. I love village schools. In each of the indoor mindful listening exercises, we could all hear the birds singing. Everyone seemed to feel more relaxed after my visit.
A student teacher, who was there, contacted me yesterday to say she’d like to do a project about Mindfulness and Master Owl. I said yes, of course, because Mindfulness is really important in schools. Learnt young, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.
School visit 71, I think! Losing count now!!
