I have just finished my second Children's Mental Health week, where I send schools a free bookmark and they watch the Master Owl film in classrooms. Most of the schools also booked a live zoom call with me and I was able to speak with thousands of children. Such a special experience. So this last week, another 15 schools learned about mindfulness and I posted out 5,200 bookmarks, taking the total number of children I have introduced mindfulness to at over 30,000! That's 170 primary schools all over the country and there are thousands more to reach! If you work in a primary school, you can be part of my online programme any time of the year.
