Loved my visit to Hayes School in Paington today. Last school visit before the summer holidays. The children were amazing and asked some excellent questions. This was my 53rd school visit. Another 450 children taught the basics of mindfulness. And another 30 Master Owl books out into families this evening. 🦉🙏. (And boy it was hot today! First school visit in shorts!!)
