🙏We have had a wonderful morning hearing from Author Rob Holmes - Master Owl all about his work as an author, inventor and teacher of mindfulness.
💜Children from Reception through to Year 6 had the opportunity to ask questions, share stories and practice mindfulness activities.
Rob shared one of his picture books 'Master Owl meets Miss Bunny', which is the first of the series of 'Master Owl' books. Master Owl helps all sorts of animals to overcome the big issues in life.
The children had the opportunity to practice mindful techniques with Rob, using their hands and a Tibetan Singing Bowl.
💜We all felt very at peace after the visit!💜
Not only is Rob a successful author, he is also an inventor. Many parents will probably recognise The Gro Company name...well, Rob and his wife invented the GroBag and the GroClock, among other things!!
It has been fab to have such an inspirational person visiting us today - we love showing our children just what they might be able to achieve with commitment and hard work.
