Just back from a great school visit to St.Nicholas Catholic Primary School in Exeter. Another 300 children taught the basics of mindfulness. The children were all amazing and so well behaved.
So why the photograph of an empty dining hall?!
Well I helped the 63-year-old catering lady to put some of the chairs and tables out before lunch and much to my surprise, to say thank you, she gave me a freshly cooked shortbread biscuit straight out of the oven! It was delicious!!
This is a great example of karma in action.
What you give out, you shall receive but when you have no expectations to receive anything back, then just like the shortbread, the payback can be rather sweet!!!
